Before joining F&J ADVISORY, Ibrahim N’DIAYE held key positions in leading investment banks in West Africa. As Vice-President Investment Banking at SF Capital Ltd in Dakar, he structured transactions worth tens of millions of euros in the financial services and fintech sectors. He was previously an Associate at First Capital in Abidjan, leading several merger and acquisition projects and fundraising operations, particularly in healthcare, agri-food, financial services, and construction sectors.

Mr. N’DIAYE’s experience in structured finance began at Deloitte and then Atlantic Financial Group in Ivory Coast, where he served as Senior Infrastructure Consultant and then Project Finance Manager respectively. In these roles, he participated in fundraising operations in the cement, banking, cocoa, and municipal infrastructure sectors.

Mr. N’DIAYE began his career in Audit and Advisory at Grant Thornton, before cutting his teeth in private equity at Injaro Investments.

Alongside his professional career, Ibrahim is very socially engaged. He was a Mandela Washington Fellow 2022, participant in YALI RLC Accra 2016, Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum, Curator of TEDxCocody, and national finalist of the Global Management Challenge 2016.

Graduate of the Higher School of Commerce of Abidjan (INPHB) with a Master’s in finance and business economics, he also holds executive certificates in Public Management (Arizona State University, GIMPA Accra), as well as a certificate in Business English (University of Brighton).
