Prior to founding F&J ADVISORY GROUP, Mr. Koussémon was partner at the fund management company of the US$50M Africap fund dedicated to medium financial institutions in sub-Saharan Africa. His responsibilities included business development in East and West Africa. In that capacity he sat at the Board of Financial institutions in Sierra-Leone, Nigeria and Ghana.

Mr KOUSSEMON worked previously as an independent management consultant. In that capacity, he carried out a business development study in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa for an investment fund with over $1 billion in assets under management. He also provided financial process improvement, operational forecasting and process re-engineering services for various industrial companies in Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso. He also realized several projects for international development organizations (World Bank, GIZ, DEG, Technoserve, IFC, etc.).

Mr KOUSSEMON started his career in the audit industry, first as Auditor for Arthur Andersen (Paris and Abidjan) then as Director Audit and Advisory at AAA representing KPMG in Guinea. He conducted audit, due diligence, fraud, operational and financial diagnosis, liquidation and restructuring engagements in various industries: telecommunication, mining, agribusiness, utilities, banking, insurance, microfinance and non-profit.

Mr KOUSSEMON has a genuine interest in education and entrepreneurship. He was founder and board member of PARENCE, the first Ivorian magazine on Education and Parenthood. While an MBA student at the Kellogg School of Management (USA), he was a Statistics Teaching Assistant. He is currently Finance teacher and Secretary of the Business Angels Club at MDE Business School. He also authored the book « Avec les compliments du Président de la République »

Mr. KOUSSEMON is an MBA graduate from the Kellogg School of Management (USA) where he majored in Finance, Analytical Consulting and Operations. He is also a graduate from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire).
